Pull real performance back into Steerport so ROAS reflects reality.
How sync works
Once an account is connected, Steerport pulls performance for the linked project: spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue. That data is what powers blended ROAS, per-customer and per-project breakdowns, and the signals the Creative Genome learns from.
Sync runs two ways:
- On a schedule — the sync agent refreshes connected accounts automatically as part of your autonomous agents, so the numbers stay current without you touching anything.
- On demand — trigger a refresh from the Integrations or Analytics view when you want the latest figures immediately.
Manual import on Free
If you're on the Free plan or running a channel Steerport doesn't sync live yet, you can still import performance manually and Steerport will fold it into the same analytics and Genome scoring. Live Meta and Google sync unlocks on Pro — see Plans & billing.
Making the numbers trustworthy
Two habits keep your data honest:
- Tag every destination URL with consistent UTMs so conversions map to the right campaign. Use the UTM builder.
- Connect accounts to the right project so a multi-property brand doesn't blend unrelated spend.

- Analytics & reports breaks it down global, per customer, and per project, and turns it into shareable reports.
