Journeys

Trigger → condition → action lifecycle automation over your contacts and events.

Lifecycle automation

A journey runs people through a series of steps when something happens — they sign up, enter a segment, fire an event. Welcome series, win-backs, trial nudges.

The building blocks

  • Triggers — an event (signup, purchase) or entering a segment.
  • Steps — send an email, wait, set a contact attribute, branch on a condition, call a webhook, notify your team, or run an AI step that classifies the contact and branches on the result.
  • Goals — define a conversion outcome and watch progress counted by people.

Guardrails

Email steps honor the same consent and suppression rules as broadcasts. Each journey has a kill switch (pause stops everything), per-org step caps, and a dry-run mode that executes one test contact with delays compressed.
